The platform is intended to work as a two-step process. First, Quick Legal provides users with personalized legal information in the form of short answers provided by lawyers registered on the platform to the questions asked. For now, the platform is focused only on labor law issues, therefore, at this time, we cannot guarantee to receive answers regarding other legal issues addressed on the platform. For more complex situations that cannot be solved with a simple answer, users can request consulting services from lawyers available on the platform, by registering such a request and accepting the proposal received from the chosen lawyer – thus reaching the chat platform, the second step of the process, where they can interact directly with their chosen lawyer.

Efficiency – We don’t want to simply throw out legal information, or give information in hard-to-understand legal language, we want to democratize law and legal information, we want to make it accessible to anyone and understandable to anyone. That is why the information available on the platform will be short, to the point and focused on current issues and interest.

Personalization of services – We will not simply give a general list of lawyers with their contact details. We believe that anyone can get such information online with a simple search. We want to make sure we connect you with a lawyer who specializes in your matter, and not just that. We want to make sure we connect you with a professional who exactly matches your needs in terms of flexibility, urgency, fee and legal expertise. How do we do that? Well, based on a matching algorithm, upon your request, the platform will provide a list of 3 available lawyers that best match your needs. We will then give you access to the lawyers’ profile where you will be able to learn more about them and the feedback they have received from users up to that point in order to make an informed decision. Thus, you will have the option to select a lawyer that suits you best and have a free chat with him for 15 minutes. If, after the chat, you want to hire the lawyer’s legal services, you can discuss with him the conclusion of a legal assistance contract.

If you’re not sure what type of legal issue you’re dealing with, you can select the general “other” option. If you choose this option, the algorithm will not take the type of legal matter into account when sending you the list of lawyers.

Going through a lawyer’s profile can provide you with information about their expertise and experience, making it easier for you to make the right choice.

In order to select the 3 lawyers, QuickLegal uses only objective factors, such as the geographical area, the bar of which it is a part, years of experience, the specialty of the practice, but above all your legal needs, according to your preferences expressed at the time of addressing the question.

Lawyers on our platform complete a detailed profile about their education, experience and practice so you can make an informed choice. You may want to consider how experienced the attorney is or whether the attorney has expertise in the matter you are raising. We know that choosing an attorney is a very personal decision, so QuickLegal tries to provide as much information as possible about attorneys in our network to come to your aid.

If this aspect is not important, you can select the general option “Doesn’t matter”. If you choose this option, the algorithm will not take the lawyer’s location into account when sending you the list of lawyers.

No, you just need to create an account on the platform to be able to ask a question to any lawyer on the platform. However, depending on the complexity of your matter, you may need to enter into a legal aid contract with a lawyer in order to receive assistance in this regard. Fees will be discussed and negotiated directly with the attorney.

Lawyers on the platform have a different and unique experience. Once you’ve submitted a question, we work to get your question to the right attorney as soon as possible for a quick and helpful response. You can expect to receive a response within 48 business hours of posting your question. Our lawyers are active and passionate about what they do and are here to help you solve your legal problems, so you won’t have to wait too long to get answers.

All submitted questions will be visible in your account in the “My Cases” section.

Yes. As soon as a lawyer responds to the request, you will receive a notification on the saved email address.

After you have chosen a lawyer with whom you want to collaborate, you can access the “Chat” option to be able to communicate directly with him. Attention, to be able to use the Chat option you will need to log in to this platform before using it. For simplicity, we recommend using the same registration credentials, and then saving them to make it easier to log in next time.

Not. All our users are free to choose any means of communication with the lawyer of their choice once they have been put in contact with him. However, we encourage you to continue using the platform and the chat option on the platform, which is easy to manage and access. If you make this choice, the QuickLegal team will be available to help you with any problems encountered in working with the chosen lawyer, and we will take the necessary measures if new situations are reported that violate our ethics and values.
